Burdock whole root herbal tea (Articum lappa L.)

Greater Burdock (Articum lappa L.) also known as Bardane, Beggar’s Buttons, Cockle Button, gobō, edible burdock, lappa, beggar's buttons, thorny burr, happy major, Lopian an delicious earthy, sweet tasting herbal tea. Greater Burdock has been used traditionally for ages.

Suggested Use: It can be used for herbal tea. Grind the root in coffee grinder in to powder. Place the 1-2 teaspoon of herb in a saucepan (preferably not aluminium), pour on cup of water, place the saucepan lid on, bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 10-15 minutes.
