All orders purchased before noon will be dispatched same day.

All orders up to 2 kg will be send via only Royal Mail 48/24 service.

All orders over 2kg will be send via only DPD next day.

For all orders below 40£ there is standard fully tracked Royal mail delivery 

For all orders above 40£ there is free standard 48h delivery

There is express delivery available at checkout 24h Royal Mail or DPD service

Orders above 100£ are free RM or DPD express delivery

 

European shipping Policy

If you are interested in purchasing from us and have your order ship to European countries, please read restrictions below. It is up to you to determine if items purchased from our website are permitted into your country. Please note this guidance are subject to change and there could be more specific items not allowed by regional customs, please make sure that you check at your local customs what can you import before placing orders.

 

Orders confiscated or destroyed by local customs will not get refunded so please carefully check if product you want purchase is allowed to ship into your country.

 

 

Austria:  Nutritional supplements are prohibited, however there are exceptions, please contact Austrian Customs for specifics

 

Belgium: Unregistered pharmaceutical products. Articles or products from animals or plants subject to phytosanitary or veterinary inspection may incur additional delays by applicable local, EU law. Prior arrangements and/or SOP on specific traffic are required.

 

France:  Vitamins Prohibited. Drugs and medicine products shipped to a company require approval from the AMM (Authorisation de Mise sur le Marche). Shipped to individuals require a prescription and an Import License from the French Administration prior to shipping.

 

Germany: Medication that includes over the counter and certain nutritional supplements considered to be medication by DE regulations. Shipments from Pharmaceutical manufacturers or Importers with Import Permits/Licenses are acceptable.

 

Italy: Food Supplement/Additives / Vitamins that contain Stevia are prohibited.

 

Luxembourg: Food Supplements

 

Poland: Medicines/Drugs to private individual prohibited.

 

Portugal: Drugs, non-prescription prohibited

 

Spain: Drugs, non-prescription, Vitamins are prohibited.

 

Sweden: Drugs (prohibited to private individuals)

 

General shipping policy applies to international orders:

All orders purchased before noon will get despatched same day.

Orders up to 15 kg will get send via Royal Mail International tracked or FedEx economy.

Delivery AIM Royal mail 3-5 working days to western Europe and 4-6 working days to Eastern Europe.

Delivery AIM FedEx economy is 2-5 working days.

Delivery AIM is not delivery guarantee, small % of parcels are held longer by customs, which may take up to 11 working days. So please allow 11 working days before reporting item not delivered, of course in case of lost parcels, full refund will be provided, please mind that items destroyed or confiscated by customs are not subject of refunds as its duty of buyer to check if he can import goods before making purchase.

From our side we do all to make sure smooth delivery of goods, all goods will get shipped with required documentation by selected country, if purchasing for company make sure to send us at the time of purchase EROI and VAT numbers, as well as any exemptions or licenses.

 

DUTY AND TAXES:

Please be ready to pay local duties and taxes on arrival.

VAT will be applied in most countries, some products are zero VAT or exempt, other goods full VAT will be charged check details at local custom.

CUSTOM DUTY – Law has changing in 2026 and goods below 150EURO may now be charged small fee (3 euro) instead no custom duty, goods with origin of specific countries may be subject to extra duties, always check with your local custom before purchase to avoid unpleasant surprises.
