Black Cohosh root Tincture, 1:5 ratio, 60% alcohol,

Crafted in UK by Herbalist following tradition of Herbalism based procedures of preparation and newest science, using alcohol, reversed osmosis filtered water and highest quality and purity wild grown Black Cohosh root.

Tinctures are traditional way to extract herbal constituents with alcohol to maintain and preserve the naturally-occurring constituents found in the plant.

Method of preparation: Maceration

Contradictions:  Not suitable for use during pregnancy (particularly during first trimester).

Suggested use: Unless instructed otherwise by Herbalist or health practitioner, traditionally dosage will vary between 1ml (20 drops) to 2 ml, up to 3 times a day. Taken with water or other liquid.
