Made a tincture so not tried yet but looks like it's going to be good 💜
Very happy. I make my own tincture using 50% vodka I get duty free on P&O when I travel to France. I take an old gin bottle with a cork top, fill it with this barberry root (100g is perfect) then add the vodka. Agitate daily for a few weeks, then decant off into another gin bottle. As for use of the tincture, I look up "berberine" and take according to herbalists like Buhner and others. Alternatively, I think this is sold by a herbalist so you could have a consultation with him. I haven't, but I might! None of this is advice, just saying what I do with it. I'm very happy as I want to use quality lab tested herbs.
I make a glass jug of this tea and drink it icey cold from the fridge every day
