Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale Webb.) also known as Pise-en-lit, Lion's Tooth, Fairy Clock, Cankerwort, White Endive, Wild Endive, Mniszek root tea is commonly used as a coffee substitute and has a robust flavour with a hint of bitterness and has long history of traditional use.
Suggested Use: It can be used for herbal decoction, 1-2 teaspoon to cup of cold water, slowly bring to boil, simmer for 5-10 minutes, strain and serve. Dandelion has also other uses, research beneficial uses of this herb or consult an Herbalist as to how this product can benefit you.
Contraindications: Contraindications include acute stomach irritation or bowel irritation, digestive weakness, bile duct obstruction or biliary inflammation, gallstones, gall bladder inflammation, intestinal obstruction and allergic sensitivity to other asteracea (e.g. chamomile or yarrow)

So I just had to get the tea from here, which really is a superb quality, you need less to make a pot, the smell is so rich, and there are no toxins. The service is great as well, tea arrived in a letterbox size package and only a day after ordering. There is also information and advice on hand if you need it. Such a great site! So if you're reading this to make a decision whether or not to buy, I know its a bit more expensive, but its well worth the the difference.
