Hello Hormones is a herbal blend for a healthy cycle, with vitex-agnus castus and dandelion root, motherwort and avena sativa that help to regulate the female hormone system and support premenstrual and period problems. Take one capsule daily to feel balanced at every stage of your cycle.

Key ingredients: 

Vitex-Agnus Castus (Chaste Tree berry) – Supports hormone balance during the pre-menstrual phase and helps with period symptoms as well.

Avena Sativa (Oat Straw) – Helps hormone balance.

Motherwort (Leonorus Cardiaca) – Supports symptoms during the pre-menstrual phase and helps with period symptoms as well.

Direction for use: Take one capsule of Hello Hormones daily with a glass of water to regulate female hormones throughout your cycle. For most people one capsule is enough to achieve a healthy cycle, but if your hormonal symptoms could be improved after trying one capsule for 30 days or longer, the dose can be increased to two capsules. Two capsules daily is the maximum dose.
