Ingredients

Extracted in ethanol (beet & grain alcohol) tinctures of:

• Allium sativum (Garlic)
• Astragalus membranaceus
• Echinacea angustifolia
• Salvia officinalis (Sage)
• Sambucus nigra flores (Elder flowers)
• Thymus vulgaris

How to use

Take 5ml in a little water, followed by a glass of water, up to 3 times a day, unless otherwise directed by a practitioner. Our tinctures and fluid extracts are made using a triple rectification sugar beet alcohol. You can dilute the tincture or fluid extract in hot water from the kettle as this will evaporate most of the alcohol. Allow to cool before taking.
