Suggested Use: It is very important to drink enough liquid when taking Psyllium husks. One or two glasses of water or fruit juice should be taken with each dose. 1 or 2 teaspoons once or twice a day. It is recommended to start with a lower serving and gradually increase the intake. 1 teaspoon equals 3 grams.

Contraindications: Contraindicated with esophageal stenosis and abnormal intestinal narrowing or bowel obstruction. Not recommended for prolonged use. Excess doses can lead to diarrhea and subsequent fluid and electrolyte imbalances.
