Field Horsetail herb tea (Equisetum arvense L.) also known as Snake Grass, Puzzle Grass, Shave-grass, Bottle Brush, Pewterwort, Mu Zei a great source of silica, green tea taste. Horsetail has been used traditionally for ages as a cleansing and beautifying herb. Horsetail is one of the greatest source of bioavailable Silicone. Silicone has great positive impact on healthy skin, joints, hair and nails.
Suggested Use: It can be used for herbal tea. Place the 1-2 teaspoon of herb in a saucepan (preferably not aluminium), pour on cup of water, place the saucepan lid on, bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink. Horsetail has also other uses, research beneficial uses of this herb or consult an Herbalist as to how this product can benefit you.
Contraindications: Contraindicated with Vitamin B1 deficiency, if want to use longer then 2 weeks in row use with vitamin B1 supplement.

One of a number of herbs I was experimenting with to try and clear irritation to the skin on my face.
