Suggested Use: For the best effect, pour 10g of the blend with 250-500ml of cold water, set aside for 30min-1hour, then boil slowly, simmer covered for 20 minutes, strain and drink. Use it once a day, split at 2 or 3 portions. For best effect use 14 days in row.
