We understand that every practitioner has different preferences for how they structure their work and taxes. Therefore, we are offering this unique opportunity under two different frameworks. You can choose the setup that best suits your needs:

  • Flexible Scaling: We understand that building a private client base takes time. If you need a more stable income at the beginning, we are open to offering you more dispensary hours initially. As your private practice grows and you get busier with your own clients, you can flexibly scale back your dispensary hours to the standard 20 hours a week.

Option 1: For Self-Employed Practitioners (Freelance Contract)

 

🌿 Job Description: Freelance Dispensary Contractor & Private Practice Incubator

Role: Independent Contractor (Freelance) Schedule: Flexible. All daily dispensary tasks must be completed by 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday. You manage your own time and schedule to meet this deadline. Contract Rate: £20.00 per hour (Billed via monthly invoice) + 100% of your private consultation earnings. Location: [Coventry] (Currently a home-based workshop, relocating to a commercial warehouse/shop this summer).

The Opportunity Are you a recent NIMH graduate looking for a flexible way to earn a solid income while launching your clinical career?

We are a rapidly growing online herbal dispensary (receiving over 1,500 weekly website visits and 1500 product views at eBay) seeking a dedicated Freelance Herbalist. We have designed this contract as an "incubator." You provide us with a daily dispensary service, and in return, you get a reliable income stream and access to our platform and traffic to build your own private practice.

Part 1: The Dispensary Service Contract You will be responsible for ensuring our daily dispensary operations are completed by 2:30 PM each weekday. You have the autonomy to decide when and how you structure your time to meet this deadline.

  • Key Deliverables: Accepting and processing orders, weighing and labelling products, organoleptic quality checks, tincture making, advising customers, receiving deliveries, and general warehouse upkeep.
  • Compensation: You will invoice us monthly at a rate of £20.00 per hour for the time taken to complete your contracted services.

Part 2: The "Incubator" Perk (Limitless Potential) Outside of your dispensary deliverables, you will have the opportunity to run up to 4–6 private consultations daily.

  • Free Marketing: You will get your own dedicated profile page on our website, your blog where you will be able to post case studies and own feedback ratings profile. Your booking link will be highly visible on our front page, product pages, and blog.
  • Keep What You Earn: You set your own rates and keep 100% of the fees from these consultations. We do not take a cut.
  • Complete Autonomy: You manage, schedule, and fulfill these private consultations entirely independently.

Our Non-Negotiable Standard: Uncompromising Quality We have one absolute, non-negotiable term for this contract: the quality of our products must never be breached. Every product that leaves our dispensary must be something you would confidently give to your closest family member. If there is ever the slightest doubt or issue spotted with our herbs, it must be reported immediately, and the product cannot be sent out. A strict adherence to this standard is the core requirement for maintaining our business relationship.

Requirements:

  • Must be a recent NIMH graduate (or graduating student).
  • Must operate as a registered self-employed professional/freelancer.
  • Must hold your own professional liability insurance.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for clinical-grade Western European herbalism.

Future Growth This summer, we are moving into a proper warehouse and shop. As the business scales, there will be opportunities to expand this contract into a larger role, such as Dispensary Manager or Lead Consultant.

 

Option 2: As an Employee (PAYE Part-Time)

The Opportunity Are you a recent NIMH graduate looking for a supportive environment to launch your clinical career while earning a guaranteed income?

We are a rapidly growing online herbal dispensary (currently seeing over 1,500 weekly website visits and 1,500 eBay product views) looking for a dedicated Herbalist to join our team. We have designed this role as an "incubator" for a fresh graduate. You will spend half your day helping us run the dispensary, and the other half building your own private practice using our platform and traffic as a springboard.

Part 1: The Dispensary Role (Guaranteed Income) For 4 hours a day, you will be employed to help keep our dispensary running smoothly in a relaxed, friendly, family-like atmosphere. Full training is provided, and there is never a rush—quality always comes first.

·         Responsibilities include: Accepting orders, weighing and labelling products, organoleptic quality checks, tincture making, advising customers, receiving deliveries, and general warehouse upkeep.

·         Compensation: £17.00 per hour.

Timeline & Start Dates We currently have two upcoming openings for this role as we expand. To keep the dispensary running smoothly all day, these roles will be split into two different shifts.

  • First Opening: Starting in June
  • Second Opening: Starting in July
