Lions mane mushroom powder (Hericium erinaceus) mushroom nutrition

Lion’s mane is a culinary and medicinal mushroom. In China, India, Japan, and Korea, the mushroom is popularly used raw, cooked, dried, or steeped in teas. 

Suggested Use: It can be used for herbal tea. In a medium-sized pot, bring 4 cups of purified water to a gentle boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer.
