Valerian Tincture 1:3 ratio, 45% alcohol, part used root

Crafted in UK by Herbalist following tradition of Herbalism based procedures of preparation and newest science, using  alcohol, reversed osmosis filtered water and highest quality and purity Valerian root.

Tinctures are traditional way to extract herbal constituents with alcohol to maintain and preserve the naturally-occurring constituents found in the plant.

Method of preparation: Multistage cold Percolation

Suggested use: Unless instructed otherwise by Herbalist or health practitioner, traditionally dosage will vary between 1.0ml (20 drops) to 3 ml, up to 3 times a day. Taken with water.
