Kudzu Vine (Pueraria montana lobata - (Willd.) Sanjappa & Pradeep.) also known as Ge Gen. Kudzu Vine has been used traditionally for thousands of years, one of the first herbs used by TCM.

Suggested Use: It can be used for herbal tea. Place the 1-2 teaspoon of herb in a saucepan (preferably not aluminium), pour on cup of water, place the saucepan lid on, bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 10-15 minutes. Contraindications: Considered safe, although it can cause dry mouth in some people.
