Bladder wrack algae tea (Fucus vesiculosus L.) black tang, rockweed, sea grapes, bladder fucus, sea oak, cut weed, dyers fucus, red fucus, rock wrack and Morszczyn pecherzykowaty. Bladderwrack is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, incl. calcium, iodine, magnesium, potassium, sodium, zinc, and vitamins A and C also phytochemicals like phlorotannins and fucoxanthin, and also is good source of dietary fiber.
Suggested Use: It can be used for herbal tea. Place the 1-2 teaspoon of ground algae in a saucepan (preferably not aluminium), pour on cup of water, place the saucepan lid on, bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 10-15 minutes.
