Method of preparation: Multistage Cold Percolation

Suggested use:

Unless instructed otherwise by Herbalist or health practitioner, traditionally dosage will vary between 1ml (20 drops) to 2 ml, up to 3 times a day, shake well before use. Taken with water or other fluid. 

Before sleep traditionally 2-5ml, 30 minutes before bed time.

Alcohol 60%
