Mexican Arnica tea (Heterotheca inuloides Cass.)

Mexican arnica (Heterotheca inuloides Cass.) has bean used traditionally by Mexican tribes for ages.

Suggested Use: Only for external use! Infusion: pour a glass of boiling water over 1 tablespoon of the raw material, leave covered for 30 minutes, strain. Decoction: 1 teaspoon of arnica baskets per 250 ml of water, bring to a boil, then simmer for another 5 minutes. Leave for 15 minutes, strain. The decoction is suitable for rinses, compresses, and washing.
