MycoNutri™ PS-7 is a polysaccharide-focused formulation developed to help support balanced immune function. It contains organic hot-water extracts, standardised for polysaccharide content, from seven mushroom species: Chaga, Coriolus, Maitake, Oyster Mushroom, Reishi, Shiitake, and Snow Fungus.

The mushroom-derived polysaccharides, often described collectively as beta-glucans, consist of diverse monosaccharide units and may include associated protein structures. Their immunological activity is influenced by factors such as branching pattern, molecular weight, and tertiary conformation, all of which affect their ability to engage with pattern recognition receptors on immune cells. Variations in structure between species are associated with differences in receptor affinity and downstream effects, contributing to species-specific immunomodulatory profiles.

MycoNutri™ PS-7 is manufactured using hot-water extraction, followed by vacuum concentration, spray-drying, and blending. The finished extract contains more than 30% total beta-glucans, with all of the polysaccharide content in soluble form.
