How to use Cacao beans:

Cacao can be made in to powder, tea, tincture, infused oil and more.

Cacao can be used s an alternative to chocolate snacks, as well as an addition to muesli, yoghurts, cakes, coffee, hot chocolate or desserts. 

To prepare Cacao infusion, add 1-2 teaspoons of crushed beans to a cup. Pour in a cup of hot not boiling water. Allow to step for 5-15 minutes. Strain the tea and drink it up to 3 times a day.
