Suggested Use: Oyster mushrooms should be rinsed and soaked in lukewarm water, then cooked until soft. The broth and mushrooms are great in sauces, soups, fillings for dumplings, croquettes and as an addition to groats, rice, casseroles and oriental dishes such as stir-fry or curry. Perfect for vegan and vegetarian dishes.
