Spiny Restharrow root (Ononis spinosa) dried and cut, loose herbal tea. Also known as Wilzyna has tart, scratchy and sweetish taste and has been used traditionally for ages.
Suggested Use: Place the 1-2 teaspoon of herb in a saucepan (preferably not aluminium), pour on cup of water, place the saucepan lid on, bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 10-15 minutes.
