Place 100g of the herb mixture in a wide necked, screw topped 2 litre glass bottle. Pour 500ml of gin, vodka or brandy over the herbs. Seal the bottle and leave to stand for at least 2 weeks, shake bottle daily. After a minimum of 14 days, some of the liquid can be strained and poured into a smaller bottle, ready for use. The remainder can be left to brew until needed.

Instead of Vodka or Gin use Apple Cider Vinegar, follow instructions for preparing the Tincture.
