I am trying herbs for my health matters as NHS medications are bad news for me, Lemon balm is just a trial right now but has helped me so far.
Good quality lemon balm herb. However I deduct one star because of the bag it comes in. They need to change the packaging to all paper as it is lined with a foil coating. Not good if your detoxing.
