Unfiltered, unprocessed pure raw Propolis Tincture 1:5 ratio, 75% alcohol crafted in UK by Herbalist following tradition of Herbalism based procedures of preparation and newest science, using alcohol, reversed osmosis filtered water and propolis.
PROPOLIS: is a natural bee product that honeybees collect from the leaves, buds and stems of the plants. It acts as a natural protective barrier. We source our propolis from beekeepers in southern Poland hills at małopolska, hives are located at farms deep in hills away from any civilization pollutions.
Method of maceration: Traditional maceration
Suggested use: consume 10 drops once a day for children 4-10 years of age, 20 drops once a day for adults. The dose can be increased up when necessary. It can be consumed straight into mouth or mixed with other food such as honey, yoghurt etc. Not soluble in drinks!
Contradictions: Propolis is safe when used appropriately. It can cause allergic reactions, especially in people who are allergic to other bee products.

Propolis has specific taste some people love it some not. For gum health you can use it applying on cotton swab, or making gargle. Good option of gargle is dissolving few drops in apple cider vinegar, then mixing both with water, however disolving with water will work to, but less effectife, longer term to cure.
