Pine Pollen Tincture 1:5 ratio, 70% alcohol crafted in UK by Herbalist following tradition of Herbalism based procedures of preparation and newest science, using alcohol, reversed osmosis filtered water and cracked cell wall pine pollen.

Method of preparation: Traditional maceration/Percolation
Contradictions: Pregnancy and breastfeeding, allergy to Pine Pollen
Suggested use: take 1,5 ml (30 drops, 3/8 teaspoon) up to 3 times a day. Place directly under tongue keep there for 1 minute then swallow.
Note: There is nothing wrong with sediment, shake well before use.
